~Terms of Service~

I reserve the right to decline a piece of artwork for any reason I see fit

from Clients. Clients will not be billed for work that is declined.

BEFORE I start a piece of work I will bill the client half of the agreed upon price, After

the piece is finished I will bill for the remaining amount.

I reserve the right to use art that I create in a personal portfolio as examples of my technical skill and ability.

All artwork I create at this point in time will be physical copies that I will scan or upon request mail to (the price will include shipping in this instance) the client.

Client retains copyright of depicted characters. I retain credit for creation of image, and retain the right to be credited (with a link to my website/deviantart/email when available) on every image.

All work I create will contain a signature. This signature is not to be removed from the image at any point in time .

Should either one of us decide to cancel the commission at any time, a partial refund will be granted. Refund amount depends on how much work has been done to the image and is subject to my descression. Appeals for refund amount can be suggested via email.

Payment is available through paypal only. CAD, Canadian Dollars. Other currencies must be converted to the CAD price. Client will provide me with an email linked to the paypal account with which they intend to pay, and I will send a product invoice for payment. Any payment sent to my paypal outside of invoices will be refunded and declined. Payment will be done on a half now half at completion basis. By paying (accepting an invoice) you agree to these terms of service.
